molding machine with a clamping force of no less than 40 tons. The China Plastics Machinery Industry Association has also convened enterprises in the

The Directorate General of Anti-dumping of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced on July 8, 2008 that it had initiated an anti-dumping

investigation into Plastic Processing Machinery originated from China.


The complainant in this case is M/s L&T Demag Plastic Machinery Ltd. of India, Chennai. The involved product is an injection molding machine with a

clamping force of no less than 40 tons.


The China Plastics Machinery Industry Association has also convened enterprises in the industry involved in the export of related products to India to respond
