Service guarantee

When purchasing our company's products: During the warranty period of the machine as a whole, we provide free 24-hour service for customers at any time. (Excluding human factors)
After the warranty period: No technical service fee will be charged for machine malfunctions. On-site service is available. If replacement parts are needed, only the cost of the parts will be charged. (Customers outside the urban area will be charged for travel expenses.)
